What You’ll Do…
The Pricing Analyst, for our Solutions Engineering Team, will be tasked with tracking, improving, and coordinating the pricing and engineering of proposals through Enchanted Rock’s proposal process and will assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Enchanted Rock. The Pricing Analyst will work closely with Sales, EPC, Structuring and executive management to coordinate proposal pricing and engineering activities. The Pricing Analyst will also support opportunities as they move through the Qualification process, providing analysis and guidance to customers on an appropriate Enchanted Rock solution. The ideal candidate for the role is detail oriented, resourceful, approachable and collaborative and wants to help improve proposal and RFP throughput for the sales organization. The role will report to the Director, Solutions Engineering in office/hybrid to our headquarters located in downtown Houston, Texas.

You’ll Make An Impact By
- Utilizing technology and automation to improve our proposal products.
- Thinking outside the box to adjust our current processes and improve our product.
- Design and implement automated pricing models using Excel and Power BI
- Assist in scheduling of qualification and technical meetings with proposal teams and customer
- Create standardized pricing templates for common solution types
- Analyze win/loss data to optimize pricing strategies
- Generate monthly pricing trend reports using PowerBI dashboards
- Coordinating proposal activities, including working with the sales team to intake proposal requests and monitor them through the proposal process to final submission
- Assist in the creation and execution of RFP project plans
- Coordinate RFP kick-off and tag up meetings to track action items and drive progress
- Assist in selection of the company’s RFP software and serve as administrator
- Assist in creation and maintenance of an RFP response database

- Bachelor’s Degree or Related Experience, Project Management/MIS/Data Analysis/Estimation
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a relevant role
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, writing, and project management skills related to executing timely deliverables
- The ability to achieve buy in from all stakeholders in the proposal process while fostering a collaborative working environment
