Job Description:
- Hospice Chaplain, M-F, Dayshift
- Create your own visit schedule and have work/life balance.
- As a full-time Hospice Chaplain, you will manage your own caseload.
- As a hospice chaplain, you will provide patients and families support throughout the end-of-life process and address patient's physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
- You will work closely with the hospice interdisciplinary team to create and implement a holistic plan of care congruent with the patient's and family's wishes, focusing on comfort, support and quality of life.
