Hospice On Call RN 7 on 7 off

We are seeking a full-time hospice on-call RN who would like to join our hospice team!

Job Description:

• Rotating 7 on/7 off (F-Th)
• As a 7 on/7 off on-call RN, you will be making full-time pay with benefits while only working an average of 2 weeks per month.
• You will work with the on call team to address patient needs that occur afterhours on weeknights and weekends.
• As a hospice on-call nurse, you will provide patients and families education and support throughout the end-of-life process and address patient's physical, emotional and spiritual needs as needed on nights and weekends.
• You will work closely with the hospice interdisciplinary team to create and implement a holistic plan of care congruent with the patient's and family's wishes, focusing on comfort, support and quality of life.
