Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our company. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support while coordinating essential operations. Key responsibilities will include managing property maintenance, liaising with vendors, overseeing office supply inventory, and handling travel logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
Duties
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Oversee corporate housing records, repairs, and new property set ups.
- Serve as a personal assistant, handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage office operations, including filing systems, document preparation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as needed.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Oversee company vehicles, their availability, registration, and maintenance.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and streamline processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role in office management for at least 7 years.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading documents.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in project coordination is preferred.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Fluent in Korean is a plus.
