Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.).
- Programmer Experience: Knowledge of industrial controls systems preferred (PLCs, SCADA, HMI), but not required and can be taught on the job. Ability to self-teach and be self-motivated.
- Electrical Engineer Experience: Knowledge of AutoCAD. Basic understanding of electrical circuits.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills (e.g., negotiation, listening, cooperation, tact, diplomacy) to build strong relationships. Capable of working efficiently with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal staff.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Quantitative skills (e.g., analytical, technical, problem-solving).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
