We are a team of system integrators specializing in the design and implementation of industrial control systems. Unlike traditional engineering roles, this position involves working with real-world processes that monitor and control industrial operations. You'll have opportunities to go beyond the office, spending time on-site to assist with start-ups and bring these systems to life.

We are looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join our team! Our work is dynamic and impactful, driving automation that shapes the physical world. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.).
  • Programmer Experience: Knowledge of industrial controls systems preferred (PLCs, SCADA, HMI), but not required and can be taught on the job. Ability to self-teach and be self-motivated.
  • Electrical Engineer Experience: Knowledge of AutoCAD. Basic understanding of electrical circuits.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills (e.g., negotiation, listening, cooperation, tact, diplomacy) to build strong relationships. Capable of working efficiently with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Quantitative skills (e.g., analytical, technical, problem-solving).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Attitude: Must have a positive, can-do attitude that embraces challenges and opportunities
  • Work Ethic: Committed to working hard and smart as a team player
