Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in the design, acquisition, development, and implementation of advanced systems solutions for our defense clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for complex systems engineering projects.
- Design, develop, and integrate system architectures and solutions in accordance with DoD standards and regulations.
- Conduct systems engineering activities, including requirements analysis, system design, integration, testing, and validation.
- Perform risk management and mitigation activities to ensure project success and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure proper configuration management and documentation of system designs, requirements, and changes.
- Support the development of technical proposals, including writing technical sections and participating in proposal reviews.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in systems engineering and apply them to project work.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably in a defense or aerospace environment.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and processes.
- Experience with requirements analysis, system design, integration, testing, and validation.
- Familiarity with DoD standards, regulations, and common practices
- MUST possess a current TS/SCI clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Knowledge of systems modeling and simulation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
