What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Engineer position at Optimus Technology, Inc?
This is a mission essential position in which the Systems Engineer will be responsible for providing continuous monitoring of mission system, performing break / fixes, creating tickets in Jira, performing troubleshooting based on SOP, confluence pages, and past ticket notes, and escalate as necessary, as well as documentation utilizing Confluence for tracking and knowledge transfer.
This position is currently day shift, but candidates must be available to support a schedule of 7 am-7pm 12 hour shift rotating monthly to 7pm-7 am if mission requires in the future.
