*Responsibilities*
- Manage the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate communication between clients, agents, lenders, and escrow companies to facilitate timely transactions.
- Review contracts for compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain organized files for each transaction, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and stored appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation of closing documents and ensure that all parties are informed of their responsibilities.
- Monitor timelines and deadlines to ensure that transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
