Qualifications
* 5 years of project management experience
* Experience in a project management role, with leadership responsibilities, on at least 2, multi-million-dollar, multi-year projects
* 4 years’ experience in a consulting role with leadership teams
* Project Management experience in state government
* PMP/CPPM certification/Degree in public policy or project related degree
* Project auditing experience
This role will support the UI Leadership team with core business, integrity, project based, and ad hoc program needs. Will help develop and document processes to support the UI Leadership team with business and technical aspects of the UI system.
Sample Tasks
Support UI leadership team project management, planning, and other leadership needs on an as needed basis
Process development and write up with leadership team
Research and information gathering
Serve as the liaison between the UI business, the project team, and vendors
Advise UI leadership team on project, process, budget, and planning work
Business Project Manager will not answer for the UI program but will escalate to the program leadership
Provide oversight and feedback through predetermined framework
Develop project plans, budgets, and other appropriate documentation for supporting projects and ensure timely execution to support primary projects
Provide knowledge transfer.
