The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team by providing administrative support for our recruiters. In addition, this position will assist with the recruitment initiative as needed and all other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Monitor applications in applicant tracking system.
- Assign leads to recruiters within the contact management system.
- Pull Licensure Verifications as needed.
- Helps to troubleshoot candidate application issues.
- Coordinates reference checks for candidates.
- Send daily interview reminders to candidates.
- Create and distribute weekly recruitment reports for hospital.
- Position must sit in Birmingham, Alabama
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associate's degree preferred.
- One year of experience in a Human Resources environment preferred.
