Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinician and Senior Clinician to join our team. In this role, you will provide individual, family, and group therapies as well as case management services. Your duties will include developing and maintaining administrative and clinical files, participating in clinical and administrative meetings, and communicating with various stakeholders. You will also support client reimbursement and telephone communication with clients outside the clinical setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide individual, family, and group therapies as well as case management services* Develop and maintain administrative and clinical files and reports* Participate in clinical, administrative and supervisory meetings* Collaborate with other staff members concerning cases* Communicate with Probation Offices, Courts, Social Services, Physicians and other referring agencies regarding client status* Support client reimbursement by properly authorizing services in required timeframe* Telephone communication with clients outside the clinical setting* Other duties as assigned
Requirements
* Master's degree in Human Services or related field* LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LSATP or LMHP license eligibility* Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification* Minimum of 1 year of experience in substance abuse and mental health* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment* Commitment to delivering exceptional care and support*
