Our manufacturing company handles all accounting aspects internally.
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivables while maintaining confidentiality. This position will also be an Administrative assistant/ office support
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Resolve vendor issues
- Data entry
- Working closely and assisting HR Manager
- Filing
- Bank Reconciliation
- Miscellaneous tasks
- Will do some work in the factory to learn our product so you must have a fast pace
- Answer phones
- Help customers with questions about orders and product issues
Qualifications:
- QuickBooks knowledge is a MUST
- Mac experience a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Accurate data entry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to use critical thinking
- Honest and trustworthy
- Able to work independently
- Self-motivated
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Quick learner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
