Flooring / Purchasing Coordinator (Order Processor)
Responsibilities:
· Monitor Purchasing queue to prioritize material orders.
· Placing all material orders with vendors.
· Verifying order accuracy. ETA’s, Qty’s, Costs.
· Communication with Vendors to verify availability for Will Call.
· Consistent review of outstanding orders to verify if still needed.
· Report all cost discrepancies between Omni and Vendor.
Additionally, communicate with management on all challenges or issues that arise to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
Job Requirements and Duties:
· Microsoft office suite proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Excellent written/verbal skills
· Attention to detail
· Residential flooring knowledge a plus
· Must be able to handle multiple projects proficiently
· Must be able to prioritize, work quickly, and accurately
· Excellent communication skills
· Contribute to company goal of providing complete customer satisfaction
