Position Summary:

The Sales Operations Specialist/Manager is responsible for enabling the sales team's efficiency, productivity, and success through streamlined processes, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. By focusing on operational and strategic support, this role ensures the sales team can focus on their primary goal: driving revenue and building customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Design, implement, and refine sales processes to enhance efficiency and reduce friction in daily operations.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows to allow sales representatives more time for client-facing activities.

• • Maintain and analyze sales data, creating actionable reports and dashboards on metrics like pipeline health, performance trends, and revenue forecasts.
  • Offer data-driven insights to identify opportunities and address challenges proactively.

• • Administer and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and full team adoption.
  • Implement and manage additional sales enablement tools to streamline operations.

• • Collaborate with functional sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts and assist in strategic planning for growth and resource allocation.

• • Track individual and team performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to achieve sales targets.

• • Equip the sales team with training, materials, and tools needed to improve productivity.
  • Manage deal desk operations, ensuring contract accuracy and policy compliance.

• • Partner with operations, marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams to align goals and drive shared initiatives.
  • Facilitate alignment between sales strategies and broader organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and data visualization platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across departments effectively.

Sales Operations serves as a strategic partner to the sales function, working behind the scenes to enable smoother operations, greater efficiency, and higher performance. While the sales team focuses on customer engagement, relationship-building, and revenue generation, Sales Operations ensures they have the tools, data, and resources to succeed.
