Position Overview
The Marketing Content Manager creates compelling and engaging marketing content across a variety of marketing channels : digital (web, blog, email, social), sales support tools, product marketing, and various internal communications. This position is an integral member of the Marketing team and leads content development initiatives, working cross-departmentally and with external agencies and / or freelancers as needed. The Marketing Content Manager owns the development of Encore’s content marketing strategy with the overall goal of connecting, inspiring and engaging meeting and event planners, as well as team members across the organization. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Overall Content Strategy and Production
Manage and develop marketing and communications content for social, website and email campaigns (across various channels) under the general direction of senior marketing leadership team members with overall ownership of the content marketing process.
Manage Encore’s digital asset management tool (library of assets including photos, videos, presentations, sales tools, etc.).
Partner with Industry Relations team to create content and activations for event marketing materials.

Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Working times may include irregular hours and on-call status including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines as defined by Encore based in an office environment and when traveling, on an individual venue or a representation of venues in that city or area.

Final compensation is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant work experience, or particular skills and expertise. In addition, some positions may be eligible for other compensation such as potential overtime, bonuses or incentives.
