Overview
Encore is seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead our HR departments and drive our talent management initiatives. This executive role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our organizational goals, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of human resources management, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Duties
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
- Oversee talent management processes including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Utilize data analysis skills to research data collection methods and assess HR metrics for continuous improvement.
- Supervise HR team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Dayforce for efficient HR operations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
- Oversee multiple geographical locations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a Vice President or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor law and human resources management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills for informed decision-making.
- Experience in talent management processes including interviewing techniques and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and Dayforce is highly desirable.
- Strong supervisory skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
