  • Conduct training sessions in coordination with the Talent Development Manager, with a focus on field-based employees
  • Support training programs by preparing materials and tracking completion
  • Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment process, including employee education sessions and ensuring completion of enrollment documentation
  • Support employee relations matters, conducting investigations and helping to bring resolution to workplace issues under the guidance of the Director of Talent and Culture
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation for multiple locations
  • Process and track employee changes including transfers, promotions, and separations
  • Coordinate employee engagement events and recognition programs
  • Collect and organize data for HR reports and compliance tracking
  • Educate and respond to routine employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Coordinate with Branch Managers to address location-specific Talent & Culture needs
  • Schedule and organize Talent and Culture related meetings and communications
  • Provide on-site Talent and Culture support at both North and Southwest branch locations
  • Split schedule between our North (23325 N 23rd Avenue, Suite 160, Phoenix, AZ 85027) and Southwest Phoenix (2600 S. 20th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009) branches - usual office hours Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of talent management or related people-focused experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of talent management principles and employment regulations

  • A company laptop and cell phone
  • PTO time after a 90-day probationary period
  • Comprehensive medical benefits including dental and vision after 90 days of employment
  • 401k/Retirement planning options
