We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
- Organize and oversee office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Maintain and manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
Front Desk and Reception Coverage:
- Greet patients and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using practice management software.
- Assist patients with inquiries related to insurance, payments, and services.
Billing Liaison:
- Communicate with the billing department to address patient account inquiries.
- Assist in resolving billing and insurance issues promptly and professionally.
- Support billing tasks, such as verifying insurance benefits and data entry, when needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles (experience in healthcare preferred).
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, practice management systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with medical billing and insurance processes is a plus.
