You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support while maximising the value we provide to them. Your goal will be to create a seamless experience that drives satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with client goals.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of additional services or products.
- Track client satisfaction and engage in regular feedback sessions to continuously improve service quality.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients, offering solutions that enhance their experience and drive business outcomes.
- Conduct regular account reviews, presenting reports on performance, key metrics, and ROI.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
- Resolve client issues or concerns promptly, working cross-functionally to address challenges.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to provide the most relevant advice to clients.
