As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support while maximising the value we provide to them. Your goal will be to create a seamless experience that drives satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, etc.) to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that align with client goals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling of additional services or products.
  • Track client satisfaction and engage in regular feedback sessions to continuously improve service quality.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients, offering solutions that enhance their experience and drive business outcomes.
  • Conduct regular account reviews, presenting reports on performance, key metrics, and ROI.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients, ensuring they are set up for long-term success.
  • Resolve client issues or concerns promptly, working cross-functionally to address challenges.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to provide the most relevant advice to clients.
