Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering personalized support
- Process client orders, cancellations, and returns accurately and efficiently
