- Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc
- Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, text) tailored to each platform and audience
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to keep the brand’s social presence fresh and innovative
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and use insights to optimize social media strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to align on campaign messaging and brand consistency
