Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement, awareness, and brand growth.
Content production - both product-based and otherwise - including video production using AI and other tools as necessary
Manage and curate content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Create and schedule posts, including graphics, copy, and video content, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Monitor social media trends, news, and industry best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and timely.
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive online community.
Track and analyze social media metrics and insights to measure campaign success and optimize future content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall brand objectives and business goals.
Run paid social campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and ad creation.
Stay up-to-date with emerging platforms and tools, and recommend new strategies or tactics to stay ahead of the curve.
Recommend SEO strategies to enhance web traffic
Recommend and implement marketing automation tools
Build a lead database of inbound qualified leads generated from your social media strategies
Requirements:
Experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of social media content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Ads Manager, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
Strong creative skills with an eye for design and attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media data and trends.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with photography, video editing, or graphic design is a plus.
