This New York based MSP is looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be a point of contact for a variety of clients, helping them solve technical problems quickly and efficiently. This New York based MSP is looking for an IT Support Engineer who will be a point of contact for a variety of clients, helping them solve technical problems quickly and efficiently. This is a hybrid position located in New York, NY.
We’ll Provide:

- Salary range of $75,000-$85,000
- Hybrid work split between client sites, remote, and in-office
- Support/mentorship from supervisors and other team members
- Opportunities for continued growth and learning
- Act as an escalation point for service tickets
- Support and mentor more junior/front-line staff
- Travel to client sites as needed
- Work on projects as needed
- Perform client onboardings
- Create and maintain documentation
- Valid license and reliable transportation
- Minimum 3 years IT industry experience in SMB environments
- Familiarity with tools: ConnectWise RMM, ConnectWise PSA, IT Glue
- Very knowledgeable and skilled in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Admin, including familiarity with SharePoint
- Knowledgeable and comfortable with EntraID
- Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on being clear, concise, and friendly
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Knowledgeable about Manage Detect & Response (MDR) products (ie: Cylance, SentinelOne, Huntress, etc)
- Experienced with Email Threat Protection products (Avanan, Barracuda, Mimecast, Proofpoint, etc.)
- Backup and DR products (Axcient, Datto)
