The Data Product Manager is a key leadership role responsible for advancing the organization’s enterprise data and analytics strategy, governance, and implementation. This individual collaborates with stakeholders to drive data-driven initiatives, improve data literacy across the organization, and oversee the delivery of high-quality data solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Governance:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with the organization's long-term objectives.
- Oversee data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting data quality, security, and integrity.
- Foster a culture of data literacy by educating teams on the value and effective use of data.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers and analytics consultants, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to develop and retain top talent in data and analytics.
Project and Portfolio Management:
- Manage data-focused projects and portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and alignment with business priorities.
- Translate business requirements into actionable data solutions, balancing scope, quality, and timelines.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Partner with key stakeholders across departments to identify and prioritize data initiatives that drive business value.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise data initiatives, communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Data Solution Delivery:
- Oversee the design, development, and delivery of data solutions that meet organizational needs, including analytics platforms and data-driven applications.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with the organization's evolving data landscape.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in data product management, data governance, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading data initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data analytics tools, and data management best practices.

Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
