Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery

  • Oversee and execute the delivery of security services for diverse clients, including small businesses, enterprises, and federal entities.
  • Ensure compliance with key frameworks, including FedRAMP, CMMC, ISO 27001, ISO 42000, and FCL requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and report on service delivery metrics, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.

Management and Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage the Service Delivery Team, promoting collaboration and high performance.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
  • Implement and maintain processes for efficient project execution and client engagement.
  • Act as a key escalation point for resolving service delivery challenges and client concerns.

    • Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with security frameworks, including :
  • FedRAMP
  • CMMC
  • ISO 27001
  • ISO 42000
  • FCL (Facility Clearance)
  • Proven track record in service delivery for diverse clients, including federal entities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and mentorship.
  • Exceptional communication and client engagement abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with minimal supervision.
