EncoreTechnology Group is seeking a project Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination of engineering service activities for key technology clients. This includes developing and maintaining engineering services and logistics efficiencies related to onsite and remote services performed by the technology engineering staff. This position works with Project Managers, Practice Group Managers and others, as necessary, to schedule and coordinate the delivery of product and engineering resources to customers while maintaining a close relationship with customer to ensure satisfaction.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Add to and update schedule daily within CRM system.
- Confirm schedule with practice group managers and project managers.
- Communicate schedules to clients, while utilizing excellent customer service skills.
- Maintain and distribute engineering standard operating procedure documents and ensure all procedures are adhered to.
- Communicate schedule to engineering and client staff daily, as well as Corporate Operations Manager.
- Conduct and lead internal and external phone calls concerning projects of all scopes.
- Track all hardware and software necessary for project delivery and on-site or remote engineering services.
- Assist with registration and/or coordination as necessary for warranty information on hardware and software.
- Ensure that all engineering service order lists are up to date and accurate at all times.
- Track all on-site and remote engineering services via CRM system.
- Maintain all Dispatch Board queues in CRM by completing orders, verifying all information, and then ultimately closing for invoicing.
- Ensure that all engineering services are billed accurately and billing cycles are met. Collect, secure, and maintain all client/Encore documentation regarding deployments and special projects.
- Work with Project Managers to ensure and maintain documents accuracy.
- Provide the latest documentation to Encore and Client Staff as appropriate.
- Responsible for sending any updates to Operations Manager as requested.
- Other responsibilities as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires experience of 3 to 5 years in project coordination policies and practices, office computer applications, and high school diploma or equivalent. Candidate must be Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).

Pay: $47,950.00 - $49,886.00 per year
