Encore Village of Schaumburg is currently hiring for a full time Regional Business Office Manager. The Regional Business Office Manager will be responsible for overseing the financial operations and administrative functions of our senior nursing home communities within your designated region. You will play a critical role in financial management, billing and accounts receivable, regulatory compliance, and office administration. This position requires strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the financial health and operational efficiency of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets for the regional business office.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and accounts receivable processes.
- Oversee billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with payer requirements.
- Manage accounts receivable and collections activities to optimize cash flow.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and address inquiries from residents and families.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to billing and financial operations.
- Maintain documentation and records required for regulatory audits and inspections.
- Implement policies and procedures to mitigate compliance risks.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the regional business office.
- Supervise administrative staff and support their professional development.
- Implement efficiency improvements and streamline office processes.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management and corporate headquarters.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial date to support decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or business office operations, preferably in healthcare or senior care.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and budget management.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing practices, regulatory requirements, and compliance issues.
