Encore Village of Schaumburg is currently hiring for a full time SNF Marketing Clinical Liaison. As the SNF Marketing Clinical Liaison for Encore Village, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to increase the occupancy and revenue of the community. You will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive growth and ensure the community maintains a strong reputation in the market. You will work closely with the executive team to set revenue goals, manage budgets, and provide insights into market trends and opportunities.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing stategy to increase occupancy and revenue of Encore Village; Independent Living, 55 , Assisted Living, and Memory Care.
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive growth and meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set revenue goals, manage budgets, and provide insights into market trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as healthcare professionals, senior centers, and community organizations.
- Attend events and meetings to promote the senior living community and educate potential residents and their families about the services offered.
- Conduct tours of the community and explain the amenities, services, and pricing to potential residents and their families.
- Work with the external marketing team to ensure that all external marketing efforts are consistent with the community's branding and messaging.
- Analyze market trends and competition to adjust the sales and marketing strategy as needed.
