The front office specialist greets members and patients, performs check-ins, check-outs and processes all clerical guest requirement, while providing exemplary customer service. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, flexible, reliable, courteous, friendly, and have the capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule will be Monday Friday, 7:30a 4:30p.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and determine nature of visit to facility and process appropriately.
- Receive and process payments.
- Schedule new and follow-up appointments and request transportation when appropriate.
- Process referral authorizations.
- Answer telephone with a friendly tone and appropriate greeting, transfer calls, take messages, and follow up with appropriate action.
Qualifications:
- Medical or fitness front office experience highly preferred
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
- Bi-lingual, Spanish Required
