Essential job functions

Safety first attitude and performance.

Must be able to walk data collection routes throughout Encore Wire’s facility.

Must be able to follow direction of the Reliability Supervisor and work closely with other team members, as well as working independently.

Working knowledge of reliability tools and processes; Vibration data collection, Infrared Thermography, Ultrasonic detection, Belt and shaft alignments.

Collects electronic data by the use of various data collection tools.
-
Document daily activities in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Ability to interpret collected data.
Qualifications
Requirements
-
2 years’ experience as a Reliability Technician.
-
Category I Vibration Technician Certification.
-
Computer skills, including ability to use ipad tablet.
-
Ultrasonic and Thermography Certifications are a plus, not required.

Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment.
