What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Endeavor Agency?
Our client, an established owner operator of class A office and mixed-use assets, is looking for a Construction Project Manager to support a class A office portfolio located in downtown San Francisco. The company offers competitive salary with bonus potential and great benefits.
Key duties and qualifications include, but are not limited to:
- Project Scheduling- establish and manage project schedule including pre-construction and construction phases.
- Procurement of design consultants.
- Financial Management.
- Construction Permitting.
- Interaction and Coordinating with Tenants; Administration of Lease Provisions Relative to Construction
- Coordinate and interact with Construction Controller and Property Accounting staff as needed.
- Review/Approval of contractor, vendor, and consultant invoices.
- Completes all necessary reporting functions related to projects, including Monthly Reports, Quarterly progress/status updates, and working with accounting staff for quarterly re-forecasting of construction and project management volume and fees.
- Oversee cost tracking against Tenant Allowances.
- Quarterly re-forecasting of construction and project management volume and fees.
- Manage project close-out process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications include:
- At least 6 years of experience in commercial real estate construction management.
- Highly motivated and deadline driven, project management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software- Excel, Word, Outlook. Proficient with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project. Familiar with project management software, such as Procore
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year educational institution
- Skills: good time management and tenant relations skills, financial acumen, leadership, and communication with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter.
- Works well in entrepreneurial environment.
