Balances cash drawer and prepares appropriate reports and bank deposits.

High school diploma or equivalent, plus three to five years of customer service and/ or sales experience (in telecommunication preferred). Experience in accepting payments, and working with the public would be a plus!

Essential Job Functions
- Assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner with new service requests, service plan changes, disconnects, reconnects, billing inquiries, service questions, customer issues and problems using defined policies and procedures. Completes appropriate service orders or paperwork accordingly.
- Promotes and sells products, services and solutions to new, existing, and potential residential and business customers by educating customers and potential customers of the technology available to them as well as who Endeavor is as a cooperative.
- Receives payments from customers, posts payments to appropriate accounts and issues receipts as requested.
- Counts and balances cash drawers. Prepares and files various reports and records related to cash receipts and deposits. Prepares and delivers daily bank deposit.
- Sends correspondence to customers including membership letters, welcome packets, etc.
- Follows up with customers once installations and alterations are complete to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Performs various clerical duties which may include data entry, filing, opening and sorting mail, preparing correspondence and reports and completing other special projects.
- Responsible for reaching established goals.
- Attendance at Endeavor community events.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by management.*

- Knowledge of company products and services.
