Job Description
As a Sales Support Representative at Endeavor Communications, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for all current & upcoming business account support functions after the sale is closed.
- Provide concierge service to all current & upcoming business accounts related to customer service functions, including billing, payment, and account management.
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound unsolicited lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Reaching out to current expiring accounts to maintain and expand customer relationships.
- Creating and routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
- Maintaining and expanding the prospect database.
- Delivering sales presentations and other sales actions as needed.
- Backing up the business sales support team with scheduling installations and follow-up.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of sales strategies and sales experience.
- Knowledge of company policies and operating procedures.
- Knowledge of company products and services.
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM, and PRM.
- Training customers on product features and benefits.
- Effective written communication skills.
- Problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and business contacts.
- Organizational and prioritization skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent education and 1-3 years of customer service, data entry, and clerical experience are required. Sales experience is preferred.

Compensation:
$50,000-$60,000 per year.
