Job Duties :
- Store, manage, review, route, and maintain quality documentation
- Organization and maintenance of quality records
- Adherence to company document lifecycle procedures
- Archive inactive records in accordance with company records retention schedule
- Creation, review and / or route for approval of quality documents
- Responsible for training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery
- Assist with file migrations and audits, and perform administrative tasks as needed
