Endeavor Health Services is currently seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead and oversee our comprehensive behavioral health services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our clients at our 5360 Genesee and 3671 Southwestern Blvd clinics. The successful candidate will:
- Provide supervision, leadership, training and development to staff
- Coordination of program initiatives
- Review of budgets and performance data
- Marketing of programs
Qualifications:
- LCSW, LMSW or LMHC and at least five years experience in the field, with two of them being in a supervisory position
- Previous experience in a related field or a similar position is required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with referral sources, staff and clients
