Endeavor Health Services is currently seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Program Manager to lead and oversee our comprehensive behavioral health services, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and support to our clients at our 5360 Genesee and 3671 Southwestern Blvd clinics. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for program development, staff management, and the continuous improvement of therapeutic interventions and community outreach initiatives. The successful candidate will :
- Provide supervision, leadership, training and development to staff
- Coordination of program initiatives
- Review of budgets and performance data
- Marketing of programs
Qualifications :
