Position Highlights
- Position: Guest Services Representative
- Hourly Pay Range: $17.77 - $26.65. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
- Location: Naperville, IL
- Full Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4pm, Rotating weekend and holiday coverage as needed
- Required Travel: Occasional floating to Edward Hospital based on business need
- Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, serves as patient liaison in a positive, friendly, and responsive manner to all internal and external customers.
- Demonstrates warmth, caring and sensitivity toward all people in and entering Edward Elmhurst Health locations by practicing responsible communication and offering assistance to customers.
- Provides accurate information, directions and intervention methods to meet customers' health care needs and make their experience at Edward Elmhurst Health a positive one
- Education: High School Diploma or GED within six months of start date into position
- Certification: N/A
- Experience: Minimum one year of previous experience in a service position in an industry such as hotel, travel, or healthcare
- Unique or Preferred Skills: Proficiency with Word, Excel & Epic, Possesses excellent customer service/public relations skills, Ability to assist patients in and out of vehicles and to push them in a wheelchair
