Position Highlights

• Position: Guest Services Representative
• Hourly Pay Range: $17.77 - $26.65. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Location: Naperville, IL
• Full Time
• Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4pm, Rotating weekend and holiday coverage as needed
• Required Travel: Occasional floating to Edward Hospital based on business need
  
  

What You Will Do

• Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, ­­serves as patient liaison in a positive, friendly, and responsive manner to all internal and external customers.
• Demonstrates warmth, caring and sensitivity toward all people in and entering Edward Elmhurst Health locations by practicing responsible communication and offering assistance to customers.
• Provides accurate information, directions and intervention methods to meet customers' health care needs and make their experience at Edward Elmhurst Health a positive one
  
  

What You Will Need

• Education: High School Diploma or GED within six months of start date into position
• Certification: N/A
• Experience: Minimum one year of previous experience in a service position in an industry such as hotel, travel, or healthcare
• Unique or Preferred Skills: Proficiency with Word, Excel & Epic, Possesses excellent customer service/public relations skills, Ability to assist patients in and out of vehicles and to push them in a wheelchair
