- Position: Physical Therapist II – Outpatient - Days
- SIGN-ON BONUS: $10,000
- Hourly Pay Range: $38-$59.94. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
- Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $38.67 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
- Location: Glenview, IL
- Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
- Hours: Rotating hours between 7am-7pm (M-Th) and 7am-5pm (F)
- Required Travel: No
- Holidays: n/a
- Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients
- Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
- Participates in the clinical supervision of students
- License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
- Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
- 2 Years of experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong background in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Certification: CPR certification required
