Manager – Financial Reporting | CRE Developer / Owner | San Diego
e are working with a vertically integrated real estate investment firm focused on Class A development projects throughout the US, that is looking to add a Manager of Financial Reporting to help support their multibillion-dollar portfolio.
his is a high-visibility role, on a lean team, that will see this person being responsible for everything from internal / external monthly / quarterly reporting, to preparing deliverables for investors and lenders, to participating in, and supporting the investments team on the transaction side.
ur client is institutionally backed, with a multimillion square foot pipeline in active construction, and an even larger pipeline of future development opportunities. equirements / Experience :
- S / BA in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related, from top-tier university5
- years of GAAP financial reporting, ideally with a leading CRE firm or large investment management / PE firmS
- trong background in lease accounting is preferredE
- xperience leading and mentoring junior team members is a plusI
