Secure File Transfer Implementation Specialist

The focus of this project will be assisting with transferring sensitive/secured data for their customers from their Denver location to their Dallas location. This role will be focused on ensuring stability, security, and efficiency for their customers. This candidate will be managing and supporting a secure electronic file transfer platform called Safe T. The candidate will be supporting 186 customers with implementing and managing security measures to protect sensitive data for their end customers. This will be a 6-month project. Candidate will go through 2-week training session prior to joining team.
Must Haves:
- Strong understanding of electronic file transfers and the secure protocols such as SFTP, HCP and FTPS
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability.
- Great customer service experience is a must. 80% will be customer service and 20% technical
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
- Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Day to Day:
- Will be communicating with customers technical team to perform connectivity testing and validate connection is secure to transfer files.
- Provide solutions on which secure protocols to utilize
Pluses:
Experience with managing Safe T systems and applications
Experience with working with Axway platforms
Prior banking experience
