Senior Scrum Master
Location: Phoenix, AZ

- Servant Leader & Coach, Guides multiple Scrum teams and the organization in Agile principles and practices, fostering self-organization and continuous improvement.
- Possesses deep understanding of Scrum framework, values, and principles, applying advanced techniques and tailoring them to context.
- Drives Agile transformation at the organizational level, removing systemic impediments and promoting a culture of collaboration.
- Mentors junior Scrum Masters and provides Agile training and coaching to teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) and adapting them to organizational needs.
- Proactively identifies and resolves complex organizational impediments that hinder team and organizational agility.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, facilitating effective collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders.
- Provides strategic guidance on Agile adoption and implementation to leadership and management.
- Tracks and reports on key Agile metrics to demonstrate progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Champions continuous improvement at all levels, fostering a learning culture and promoting experimentation.
