Overview: Endera Motors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Service Manager to join our team, either remotely or at our Pomona R&D center. This pivotal role involves managing customer relationships, interfacing with customer service teams, organizing and populating service tickets, deploying service technicians and engineers as needed, and coordinating service parts logistics. The Senior Service Manager will also be present at customer vehicle handoffs to provide essential service training.
General Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.
- Team Coordination: Interface with customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Supervise and guide service technicians and engineers to meet customer needs effectively.
- Service Ticket Management: Organize and manage service tickets, ensuring timely and accurate documentation and resolution of customer issues.
- Deployment of Technicians: Strategically deploy service technicians and engineers to address customer needs, ensuring optimal resource utilization and service efficiency.
- Logistics Coordination: Oversee the logistics of service parts, ensuring timely availability and delivery to support service operations.
- Training and Handoff: Be present at customer vehicle handoffs to provide comprehensive service training, ensuring customers are well-informed about vehicle operations and maintenance.

Qualifications:
- Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with electric vehicle technology and service protocols is highly desirable.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex service issues efficiently.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 10% of the year to support customer and service operations.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in a service management role, preferably within the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
