POSITION SUMMARY :
The Grounds / Equipment Operator is responsible for maintaining the buildings, grounds, and
equipment of Endicott College. This role performs a variety of tasks, including assisting with
event setups and breakdowns, handling routine maintenance and minor repairs, landscaping,
snow removal, and completing work orders. The position contributes to a functional, safe, and
welcoming campus environment. Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach
are essential to success in this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE TO JOB :
- Assists with the setup, breakdown, and cleanup of events and functions, focusing on timely
