What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Analyst position at Endictus?
This position shall provide program assessment support for the Center for Character and Leadership Development (CCLD) through the Research and Scholarship Division Chief. This position will be located on-site at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado and is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements
- Assist with designing and executing internal CCLD assessment and research-related survey tools for up to ten internal programs such as the National Character and Leadership Symposium (NCLS), Development Opportunities (DOs), Ropes course, experiential learning programs, and up to five other CCLD programs, as required.
- Analyze and provide narrative and qualitative after-action assessment reports on CCLD internal programs and provide qualitative feedback to program directors and curriculum developers, to include recommendations for program / curriculum improvements.
- Consult with CCLD leadership and character and leadership-related Outcome Teams; advise on institutional-level assessment tools to measure the Academy's effectiveness in developing "leaders of character."
- Assist the Research and Scholarship Division Chief in assessing program milestones as delineated by the CCLD Division Chiefs.
- Monitor weekly and monthly project status information.
- Attend periodic staff and management meetings.
