About the Role
Endless Health is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and action-oriented Chief of Staff to support our CEO and help drive our mission forward. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Austin, TX, ideal for a recent college graduate interested in entrepreneurship, health tech, and making a direct impact in a growing startup.
As Chief of Staff, you’ll work closely with our CEO on a wide range of strategic, operational, and administrative tasks. You’ll serve as a force multiplier—keeping priorities on track, solving problems before they escalate, and ensuring the CEO and leadership team are empowered to focus on what matters most. This is a rare opportunity to gain behind-the-scenes access to startup leadership and help shape the future of preventive health.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a right-hand partner to the CEO, helping prioritize tasks, manage time, and move initiatives forward.
- Handle high-level administrative duties, including calendar management, meeting prep, internal and external communication, and coordination with key partners.
- Lead and manage special projects across departments—everything from organizing health retreats to optimizing internal operations.
- Own logistics for key initiatives: travel planning, team events, offsite meetings, expense tracking, and scheduling.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure follow-through on critical items.
- Maintain and optimize systems like Notion and Google Workspace to streamline team productivity.
- Proactively identify areas where the CEO or team needs support—and step in to make it happen.
- Support high-level decision-making with research, briefings, and presentations.
