Job Description Summary
The Associate Director, Commercial Counsel provides timely legal counsel on commercial matters including contract management matters for the U.S. Sterile Injectable and Generics business unit. This Attorney will strategically and efficiently lead, coordinate, facilitate and manage contract requests across these two business segments, which shall include the preparation and negotiation of commercial agreements including numerous customer agreements. The role will manage adherence to the Endo contract management process, including utilization of the Legal Department's contract management tool. In addition to providing contract support, the position will provide commercial and regulatory counsel and support on commercial initiatives and promotional labeling through the MARC review process.

Contract Management
- Independently consult, advise, and represent the Company on a variety of highly complex contractual legal matters, particularly customer agreements, for the sterile injectable and generics and business units.
- Act as advisor of commercial contract management processes, with strong project management skills, legal analysis, quality standards, and strong understanding of contract terms based on client need and business objectives.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to business colleagues to assist the Company in managing risk with respect to contract-related matters
