Job Description Summary
Overview:
The XIAFLEX® for Dupuytren’s Contracture (XDC) Marketing Team will utilize a 2025 Summer Intern to support key initiatives and specific marketing projects. The goal of the internship is to provide exposure and experience to Marketing to the chosen candidate, while also assigning key responsibilities to the intern. The Summer Internship Program is intended to provide students with a meaningful experience, offering professional development and networking opportunities, while supporting organizational objectives and enhancing team member engagement.
The XDC marketing team is responsible for creating and executing the XDC brand strategy in collaboration with our partners (i.e. – agencies of record, sales, commercial development, patient access, omnichannel etc.). The Marketing Intern will be assigned 2 to 3 projects to support XDC HCP campaign execution between May and August. Additionally, the intern will be integrated into our ongoing efforts supporting XDC HCP initiatives.

Job Description

Requirements:
- Demonstrated an interest in Marketing and special consideration given to those interested in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with at least two years of college level work completed.
- Support the annual strategic business planning process for XDC.
- Support ASSH planning and assist in the development of the Pre-con Training Deck
- Shepard the initiation of the Team Ortho Times newsletter through the development of the project palette.
- Participate in cross-functional lunch and learn sessions, networking event, and learning workshops as a part of Endo enterprise intern program. Join the branded specialty marketing intern cohort in organized learning and development sessions, as scheduled by branded specialty leadership team.
- Participate in marketing, branded specialty and various team meetings to support efforts, network and gain exposure.
- Work alongside XDC HCP marketing lead on 2 to 3 tactics that ladder up to our HCP Strategic Priorities.
- Engage with other marketers and agencies of record on assigned campaign execution/projects and opportunities to gain a greater understanding of real-world marketing functions and applications, such as (emphasis on priority areas):
