Job Responsibilities
The Utilities & Facilities Operations Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the operation and integrity of all critical utilities and GMP equipment systems, including HVAC systems, refrigeration equipment, boilers, steam and hot water systems, chillers, compressed air systems, nitrogen system, domestic hot and cold water system, purified water generation and distribution systems, clean steam generator, and sewer and waste neutralization systems.
You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on GMP manufacturing equipment, lab equipment, and warehouse equipment, and respond to building alarms and security incidents. You will also develop SOPs for preventative maintenance of critical utilities and GMP equipment, and provide daily monitoring of the Building Automation Systems.
