- Manage, collaborate, and supervise office staff, including scheduling and training
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality
- Utilize software systems such as E-clinical for efficient office operations
- Coordinate patient care activities and appointments
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures for optimal workflow
- Checking vitals, reviewing medications, preparing patients charts
- Monitor inventory and supplies for the office
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a medical office management role, preferably in small office or similar setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
