The Practice Lead serves as the business partner to the Endodontist and is responsible for leading operations within the practice.This is a full time position with a schedule of Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm. Occasional Fridays.
Highlights of Practice Lead Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the practice runs efficiently and adheres to industry standards and regulations
- Greet and welcome patients - check-in/out
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Verify and process patients' dental insurance - review treatment plans and out-of-pocket fees with patients
- Monitor and follow up oninsurance claims and accounts receivable
- Build strong relationships with referring dental practices and coordinate referrals/record transfers
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Monitor and order office supplies, paying attention to budgeting
- Collaborate with clinical staff and doctor to ensure seamless patient care

Practice Lead Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experiencein a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Front Deskrole
- Proficiency with dental software and MS Office suite
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge ofdental procedures, terminology, and dental insurance submission /dental billing
- Strong leadership skills with a high level of professionalism
- Strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
